BEWARE OF THIS DENTAL OFFICE. I was in the middle of my dental treatment plan with Graphite Dental. I had my top teeth surgically removed, and I was ready for the next step, top dentures. Out of the blue, Graphite Dental informed me, effective IMMEDIATELY, due to a change in ownership, they will no longer accept Cigna dental insurance. WAIT…WHAT??? I need to find a new dentist? I had many visits here before. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the process of scheduling my teeth cleaning appointment perfect. Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of care provided by the dentist more than justifies the cost. Their expertise in teeth cleaning was evident, leaving my teeth feeling clean and healthy. I recommend this dental clinic.
Excellent service from the front office to each and everyone at this place. Made my six month appointment. Everything went really great. Truly recommend this place.
