Awful communication. Placed an order September 10, had to email several times regarding status of order because it was back ordered. Sent me an email canceling the order because they could not fulfill because I ordered a lining; nothing to do with the back ordered piece after almost 2 months.
Absolutely dismal service. This was a photograph of a friend’s beloved pet, who recently passed away. I called 3 times and was given excuses. “Having problems printing” etc. Finally called for refund today.
