Owner was the one who wrote the review and based on personal experience there in dealing with him would search else where for my next purchase as he was self absorbed, arrogant and did nothing but talk about himself entire time there.
Excellent design, production of parts and installation. Tops in qualitity and the very best customer service you have ever had. You will get what you asked and paid for. Any complaints are handles now!!! If they can't do what you want, they will direct you to whoever they think can help you. They stand behind everything with a pro-rate warranty and have been doing it for 34 years.
