Customer service is non-existent. Can't even get them to email me back to answer a simple question about a software they sell. Not surprising that most of the reviews are negative and mention something about customer service.
Simply not helpful, period. And frankly a bit rude.
I purchased a Compress printer from Graphics One (demo model). I was told it would be under warranty. I paid to have Graphics One come out and install the printer for us. It has never worked as it should. Not even the day the installer left. Calls to Graphics One for support are fruitless. I have been waiting for parts now for several months. This company does not care one bit about it's customers once the sale has been made. Once the sale is done, good luck getting any support.
My company bought a Go Uno printer from Joto Paper in November of 2013. Today is August 1st, 2014. In 9 months we have produced only a few jobs successfully. There have been a number of technical issues with the device that required replacement parts and the use of a dedicated circuit to ensure the printer was getting adequate power.
