it's sad to read these reviews! i've been working with Kristy for over half a decade to print cards, posters and signs for my restaurant and media clients. she has always gone out of her way to accommodate me and has always stood by her work. she's even saved me from my mishaps a few times!

This company is completely unprofessional. They did a terrible job printing my postcard. It looked faded like the printer ran our of ink. They then yelled at me that this was my file. I've never ever experienced such unprofessional customer service in my life.

This company took money down at front for our store front sign on 07/30/2014 and they have not put the sign as a today 05/15/2015. I keep going there and talk to Kris but she keep telling me that the sign will be install next week this going on since last year. I asked her to give money back or to complete the job she does not want to do either or. I do not recommend nobody to deal with people like this if it happened to us it could happened to someone else. Please be careful with this company if you want to deal with them.
