Nice guys who run the place but can be a bit condescending on the phone. Better to go in and talk to them face to face. Polite and professional, just never had a good phone experience. If you ask them a question that they might think you are kind of dumb on, their answer is a bit on the arrogant side of tone. Good place to get apple products in Columbus, however.
