I had my MacBook repaired there a few months ago, and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I have gone in there a few other times and was treated with complete respect. They are a great bunch!

The technician in this store is highly unprofessional and needs to go through customer service training because he obviously missed that during orientation! I have never spoken to someone so disrespectful and incompetent as he! I hope that Graphicom take the necessary approach of making sure the employees are well aligned with what it means to have great customer service! Had a bad graphics card in my iMac27". Apple recommended I go to them as they are an authorized Apple service center. They hooked up diagnostics and within 15 seconds stated that, "yup, it's your graphics card". They went beyond this later when I needed a letter from them. I highly recommend these guys. I didn't know that an Apple repair facility was so close. I hope they are here for good! Thank you, Jack, Ryan and the others!

Great Place! Very pleased with the service. I recently had a trackpad issue. I took my computer to Graphicom and they told me it would take 2-3 days to get the part and repair the computer. The next afternoon, I received a call from Graphicom letting me know that my computer was already fixed. As a bonus, they even replaced missing screws on the bottom of my computer -- which I really appreciated. Great attention to customer service!
