I would recommend GRS to anyone in the print graphics industry. We've bought 3 or 4 wide format printers and a few laminators from them over the years. When you have complex machines like this, having someone who can service them is critical. They come out for installation and training, and whenever we have a problem, they are on the phone right away to help solve the issue. I've been with Graphic Resources since 2008 and am currently on my fourth machine from them. They've been there for us through learning curves and are always just a phone call away when we need assistance. Highly recommended...keep up the good work!

We were contacted by Dave about servicing our Flora flatbed and were amazed at how fast they responded. We were shocked at the difference in quality once Chris serviced our machine over our previous vendor. We have since purchased 4 new pieces of equipment from Dave and could not be happier. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Have been dealing with the guys over there for 10+ years. The best customer service and teach support out of any dealer I have ever used. Bought multiple flatbeds, eco solvent printers and cutters from them. Would recommend anyone in the sign industry to buy from GRS
