We just had a Summa S3 Cutter installed and the process was smooth and efficient. Chris was super knowledgeable and we ran through many tests with different medias to make sure we knew what we were doing. I highly recommend this company for cutting needs.

From our first and second Graphtec cutter over 25 years ago (one we still have and still runs great) to the current 64" Summa cutter, Dave and his team are the go to. Chris was phenomenal to deal / talk to, with great ideas and knowledge of the signage industry and our workflow. I would recommend GRS to anyone in the print graphics industry. We've bought 3 or 4 wide format printers and a few laminators from them over the years. When you have complex machines like this, having someone who can service them is critical. They come out for installation and training, and whenever we have a problem, they are on the phone right away to help solve the issue. I've been with Graphic Resources since 2008 and am currently on my fourth machine from them. They've been there for us through learning curves and are always just a phone call away when we need assistance. Highly recommended...keep up the good work!
