While I'm unfamiliar with other customers' experiences, my first visit was efficient, even with a drop-and-hook. The process was quick and painless, and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I should clarify that I'm an independent delivery driver, not an employee. The procedure involves going to the inspection area, dropping the trailer, waiting in the bobtail area, and then hooking up to the new trailer before departing. It was quite straightforward.

The place is a dump. The warehouse people play games. They don't care about your time. Just their time. No wonder they have to broker their loads. The dock areas are a mess. The buildings look like they are about to fall down. No one takes pride in what they do. I would be embarrassed to work in a place like that. The only reason I still go there is because my company pays extra just for the frustration. If you don't have the patience for stupidity, avoid this place.
