Horrible .. came for a live load and told I would get a call when load was ready and I sat over 5 hrs waiting on a call. There were even bobtails there prior to me getting there and they were still in waiting area. This place is ridiculously horrible. Come with something to eat, plenty time on clock also.
Never ever again!!! Keep away from this place!!!
This is a ridiculous place to deal with. I arrived on time to pick up a load, but they never call me or assign a dock for four hours. After I called them twice, they claimed they were about to contact me. Once I parked the trailer at the dock, they waited an hour and a half to tell me it wasn’t parked correctly, even though I checked and everything was fine—the issue was with their dock and then after their shift ended.
