I had a 16:00 appt, got there at 14:30 and was given a dock. I was done unloading by 15:45. Great experience overall but there was no restroom, hence the 4 stars.
This location name changed to "Moni" location Is tight in a gated parking lot!! -driver will have to pull about two feet from dock -currently installing an actual dock plate The workers make the delivery process harder than it has to be.. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT doesn't work with or for you. Employees have disrespectful attitudes but if you can get pass that the unload isn't that bad however they don't have room for the product they order. they always ALWAYS have manpower issues and equipment breaks down often.
