If you are a driver/dispatcher and you got a load delivering to this facility, make yourself a huge favor and cancel it right away. The will ask the driver to unhook a trailer for live unload and then it will take forever to get empty trailer back. No one is helpful, people here dont care about the driver. My driver arrived there at 10:30 am , now is almost 6 pm and no one knows how much longer he must wait. We called there, the driver went to guard house and nicely asked they just brushed him of.
