I was referred to this place by a colleague and had high hopes of them helping me with a project. My initial contact was a woman named Dawn over the phone. She was very abrasive and rude. I had them quote the project anyway. I dealt with a Kristy who was better dealing with the public. I accepted the quote and based on their numbers quoted my client. 3 days later I get an email from Dawn saying that they would not be able to do my project because their schedule won't permit. Andrew, the plant manager, goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and is a pleasure to work with. GTP is also very competitive with their pricing. I will never send my print needs anywhere else and neither should you.
