RecommendedWonderful experience with Graphic Lab! I was looking to have my name printed on the front of the shirt I'd be wearing to run the NYC Marathon. I got a quote within an hour with all the information I was looking for. When I came in to drop my shirt off, the gentleman who was helping me went above and beyond to make recommendations and make sure I was happy with the color, font, and spacing! He gave me a two-day estimate but called me back the same day after lunch to tell me the shirt was ready! 5 stars! Highly recommend!!!
I encountered the worse customer service ever from some old fat white man ! The associate I was dealing with was extremely rude and disrespectful. If you do not know how to create what it is I want to bring to life then say that do not talk down on me or my ideas because you're confused on 3M fabric and how to use it.
