Cornerstone doesn't teach their residents how to keep up with their homes and how to have boundaries with their neighbors. I have a friend who lives next door to a Cornerstone house and the people actually have four cars. The latest is that they just got a beat up van with no tag and they parked it on the street. I have a friend who lives next door to a Cornerstone house. There is an alleyway in between their homes. This family that moved in has totally taken over the alley which they apparently think they own but actually it's owned by the city. Cornerstone doesn't educate their residents on how to comply with city ordinances and how to obey property laws. This family has three old beat up cars and they park them in this alley. Cornerstone moves people into their houses without giving them any education on how to care for their home. I have a friend who lives next door to a Cornerstone home. The residents have absolutely NO concept of boundaries or where their property ends and my friends begins.
