My company has used Owosso Graphic Arts for our hot-stamping dies for years. They are amazingly fast, thorough, and produce top-quality products. I've worked with their art team on several occasions and they do a great job communicating and working to ensure they meet our needs. They're an awesome partner and I look forward to working with them for years to come.
I use Owosso a few times a year for some very niche stamps and they do a fabulous job. 4 days from order to my door, amazing quality, and amazing customer service when issues arise. One of the best vendors I've had the pleasure to work with. Glad to have them around.
I just had an order that was lost by UPS and of course it was for a rush job. Joe, and there a few there, remade and got them to me next day. Now that’s customer service!
