We had a residential new build with Graph and 3.5 years living there, and little issues are now popping up. Graph keep giving the excuse of its more than 2 years so no longer falls within their contractors warranty and it's not structural so is not covered under Fair Trading so we have to foot the bill ourselves. If Graph didn't get shonky tradies to do their work, then we wouldn't have these problems popping up. I'd recommend not using Graph.
