If I could give a zero, I would. Watching my wife have to deal with this office over the years has been painful to watch. Incompetent is not even a word that describes the absolute and utter lack of respect for patients by running their from office the way they do. The office was exceptionally clean, and the front desk receptionist was so personable and friendly. I immediately felt welcomed—almost like I was visiting family—which made the appointment feel much less clinical. The nurse was wonderfully direct and efficient, and the doctor was incredibly thorough. I truly felt heard and appreciated the time taken to fully explain everything that was going on. I’m so grateful to have found Grapevine Rheumatology.
