Dr Syeda and her entire staff are an answered prayer for me. It took me 7 years to find a specialist that didn’t dismiss me because of my age and complex case. I would/will recommend Dr Syeda to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and kind rheumatologist. To be seen and heard is all I can ask for as a patient. I look forward to many years as a patient!!!
I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this office after having high hopes from the reviews and my other family members being Dr Syeda’s patients. I want to start by saying the front desk and phlebotomist staff members were the only redeeming quality of this office, they were kind and approachable. If not for them, this review would have zero stars. Some of the staff here are caring, but outside of that, it’s time for me to find a new rheumatologist. After I had a bad experience with a medication they prescribed to me (even though I had already reported having had a bad experience with it prior) I requested another medication I had learned about which fit what I needed. I was told we could try it, and I was under the impression that it was being sent in to the pharmacy right then. Days later I still hadn’t been contacted by the pharmacy.
