Everyone there was great!!! My appointment was great took the time to listen.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Syed and the entire medical staff. From the very first appointment, the level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail stood out. the scheduler is terrible - took 10m to schedule appt - multiple times I kept thinking “is this legit , do I call the correct number” / the scheduler was audibly yawning and very unprofessional / I’m going to cancel!
If I could give a zero, I would. Watching my wife have to deal with this office over the years has been painful to watch. Incompetent is not even a word that describes the absolute and utter lack of respect for patients by running their from office the way they do. This is not something new, it has went on for many years. Not only can the poor people answering the phones not understand you, they are very clueless on how and why’s. The office was exceptionally clean, and the front desk receptionist was so personable and friendly. I immediately felt welcomed—almost like I was visiting family—which made the appointment feel much less clinical. The nurse was wonderfully direct and efficient, and the doctor was incredibly thorough. I truly felt heard and appreciated the time taken to fully explain everything that was going on. I’m so grateful to have found Grapevine Rheumatology.
