My friends and I really enjoyed eating here, the staff was friendly and the bartender really knew her stuff.
I ordered a rare steak "rare" the steak came out and the meat was grey I asked the waitress if it was old or something. After arguing with me about it. I asked her to bring me another one. As I wanted to provide them with an opportunity to make things right....Big Mistake. They brought another steak and the waitress stood in front of me at the table as if to watch me eat it I cut it open, no red, No pink and not juice, Just grey sponge like meat. Every time I go there the staff is very friendly, wonderful house bread, and a great experience. If you are looking for a nice meal and want to get a few drinks this is the place to go...
Great Food We always go on Friday nights when their special is Jambalya! It is a great restaurant and very small. We love it!
GREAT FOOD AND UNIQUE FLAVORS... Based on reviews we read we went to this restaurant for dinner. It is very good and unique food. I had a special Greek Grouper which was charbroiled and topped with shrimp, red and yellow peppers, scallions, feta cheese and kalamata olives. Very unique. The Grapevine always features a great mix of visitors and locals --- a good sign that you've found a winner! The food is always exceptional - especially the daily features. They have a good wine list, a cozy atmosphere and an inviting and friendly bar. I think its one of the hidden gems along the Grand Strand.
Even the Locals recommend this place It's been about a year since we've eaten there, but it was excellent all the way around, food, service, staff and the owners - all were just wonderful. The atmosphere is that of family and warmth from everyone.
Good Eats Nice restaurant in the heart of Calabash. Nice atmosphere food is slightly better than average. Bar is small but nice. Good restaurant to go to if you are staying in Calabash area.
