We bought a new Lincoln Navigator in 2023 with only 4 miles on it, and though we like the looks of the Navigator, how it drives, the maintenance has been a disaster. We have had the vehicle into Grapevine Lincoln about 6 to 8 times in two years and they never repair the back window to the back door that lifts up. Incomplete job on engine replacement after oil pump failure. Engine was under warranty, Turbos went out 5k miles later. The dealership is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Don't expect any concern other than short term profit.
What number is less than zero? That should be an option. Susanna really tries but the service department there is a joke. After having this car in (that we bought here mind you) for work numerous times, the service department is only getting worse.
Sorriest dealership I've ever dealt with. Made an appt for service explaining nature of problem (read it was a simple software update fix) explained THAT I COULD NOT LEAVE MY VEHICLE - WILL WAIT FOR SERVICE, take the appointment given only to be told I will have to wait another month for an appointment AFTER arriving for the designated appointment. Wasted MY TIME! Very unprofessional people who literally don't care about their customers.
Hate to leave a review like this, but I have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE in service for TWO months to schedule an issue with my side mirror, a recall on the rearview camera blacking out, and to schedule routine maintenance. I’ve reached out to the online person, left voicemails multiple times to never get a call back, and now leaving a review. Convenient location for me, but horrible service. Guess business isn’t important so I’ll take it elsewhere!
