Best sales experience ever!!! Best sales staff ever!!! I was actually "down" sold to a smaller less expensive vehicle once the salesman found out exactly I was needing he advised me that maybe the Mule I was looking at was a little over the top. So he showed me a smaller less expensive Mule that does the job perfect. Never has a salesman told me I should buy something less expensive. Awesome Dealership! I have bought two bikes from them now. Great dealership. Great service. Fun riding events all year. I especially like their Bike Nights. They actually have games, prizes and giveaways at the Bike Nights. Unlike other Bike Nights in the area. My favorite is the slow bike race :) This is a place I definitely recommend for riders!
Extremely poor customer service We went into Grapevine Kawasaki to have our ATV's serviced this morning. Apparently they are understaffed and down two people in the service department,( what we were told by an employee ) so we went into the showroom to seek out help. No one was in the showroom so we followed visual instructions to go to the office if no one was available in the showroom. Very Helpful We recently purchased a used motorcycle from GWP and were very impressed with the service that we received. The salesmen went the extra mile to help us find a bike that we would be satisfied with and really worked with us on financing. I enjoyed the service so much that I can almost guarantee we will purchase our next bike from them.
Grapevine Kawasaki-Polaris is the place to go If you are looking for a polaris or any boating stuff, this place has it all. They have a very large selection of polarises and motorcycles. Their prices are fair, will deal some. Staff is friendly and helpful.
