Dr Gordon has been mine and my husband’s internist for 20 years. He is always pleasant, caring and most knowledgeable. . We do not hesitate to recommend him.
Doctor Gordon himself is a great doctor, but the supporting staff are not serving his practice well. I no longer can trust that they will follow up (referrals etc) at all, let alone in a timely manner. I am very close to looking for a different primary, which is sad, because I appreciate having a long history like I have with Dr. Gordon. His office administrator should take a hard look at how the practice is being run, and make changes accordingly.
Awful experience! My insurance requires a referral and I have waited almost 4 weeks for this group to get a referral # and send it to my orthopedic surgeon. My knee hurts but they don't care.
Dr. Gordon does a great job. However, his office support staff are there for a paycheck at best. Mainly the billing department and people answering the phone are the ones that need replacing.
