I was lied to. I have a warranty issue that needed to be fixed. They refused to fix the warranty issue without an expensive diagnostic test. However, I was assured that I wouldn't have to pay for the diagnotic test if they determined that it was a warranty issue. It turned out to be a warranty issue but they decided that I needed to fix something else for $1200 before they would fix the warranty issue.
