I took my car in today for a recall as well as 3 other services I wanted done. The advisor, Antwan, was super helpful and courteous. The tech that did the work sent a video describing his evaluation and recommendations. Though I did decline some suggestions, the work was done correctly, neatly and the car finished before the quoted pickup time. I was very satisfied with this service experience.
Dishonest and greedy. They knew my car was leaking a moderate amount of oil. Instead of saying anything, they failed to disclose this to me and charged me for an oil change. They said nothing because they knew they would not make money or they knew they were responsible. He gave me my keys and walked away like a true robber.
