I brought in my Ford Escape Active 2023 to the shop last week. Sajmira the service manager was very knowledgeable, and communicated each step of the way. Found out the Turbo needed to be replaced. The technician Jose Luis Gonzales worked extra to get me my vehicle quickly before the date they estimated. I have been here a few times for oil changes and I recommend them for customer service, as they put the customer first!
We recently had our F250 serviced at Grapevine Ford. Pete was of great assistance in getting our truck taken care of very quickly and efficiently. We were kept up to date every step of the process. The truck runs great and I’m sure will continue to be reliable for many miles to come.
