Typical parts dept..all lip service..was told they would wash my truck and service it..asked them PLEASE DONT MESS WITH THE SEAT OR RADIO!! Picked up the truck seat is all messed up blasting a Spanish station..and the truck was still filthy!! Was told oh sorry that’s the best we can do
Another service…. All good, no significant service items needed.
Was told parts were on Backorder for 3 months. When I found that another dealership had them and had my car taken there, Service Advisor tried to charge me a restocking fee! Even though not one part was used or received! Dirty people!
