I’ve had a some issues in the past dealing with the Ford dealership. However, Jackson Harper, was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get the warranty work done on my 2018 Ford raptor. He was also very communicative and thorough. It was a very nice change and a very pleasant experience this time around. I will definitely ask for Jackson the next time I come in for service or warranty work.
Heath is superb. Patient and tries to work with your schedule. I wish he could be cloned legally. He is one of the best thing going for Lincoln Grapevine. Lincoln Plano is very close to my home and I choose stay going here because of him.
Would not recommend. Took car in drove 1 1/2 hours because had a great experience when I purchased. Had bought an extended warranty. Jackson said it would not cover my problem. Went to pick it up. My son-in-law went with me. He asked to talk to finance manager. He checked and everything was covered even a rental. Jackson said I owed $225.00 for them checking it out.
