Elijah was great to work with and assisted with counseling me on the work I need to schedule in future for my car. Didn't try to push me to pay more than was in my budget which I also appreciated.

My Ford F150 had a known and expected issue with the Transmission 10R80 which was very disappointing. I had problems with high revs and shifting and Jackson Harper knew the problem right away by just hearing the description. They rebuilt the transmission in 3 days and it runs like new. Such great service! If you experience this problem seek a repair with the transmission technicians at Grapevine Ford.
Anthony was very helpful, very polite, no issues with him at all. I made appointment on Saturday for Monday morning. On arrival, told car wouldn’t be seen until Wednesday! Why bring it in on Monday then? Told on Friday car wouldn’t be ready until Monday which then changed to Tuesday. Lost car for 7 working days. Estimate was ridiculously high with things in it that were clearly alarmist. For example, I changed the engine filter 2 months ago but was recommended to change it now, so clearly just thrown in, not at all required.... read more
