Absolutely completely disappointed in the entire experience with the Body Shop/Service Center. Scheduled an oil change (that I had pre-paid for with the plan when purchasing my jeep.. they didnt tell me until AFTER it was covered at THAT Jeep Dealership, only certain ones). Also paid for and requested my tires be rotated, which I know for a fact they didn't do because I have different decals on each of my tires and they were on the same when I picked it up. Overall just a bad experience here (except for Dell who was great to deal with). It started with agreeing on a price after the test drive, but when I showed up to finalize the deal the price changed. The morning after taking it home I realized it had undisclosed hail damage. They would not take the vehicle back, and have eventually fixed all the damage, but it has taken multiple trips to the dealership and 6 months. The biggest problem is the service department.
