Dropped in with a few work friends while we were in town for a conference a couple weeks ago — such a great spot! Coach Nate was welcoming, workout was solid, and the vibe was awesome. Big shoutout to the 5:30am class for making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Grapevine!
Coaches are very encouraging, it’s hard, but it’s worth it
I love it here! Whether you’re new to CrossFit, new to working out, or you’re seasoned in either, they genuinely make you feel welcome. It can be intimidating going to a new place where you don’t know anyone but, from day one, I felt like part of the family. Truly a fantastic group of people!
Great gym to drop in to. Coach Nate made us feel welcome and loved the flow of the class. Will return next time I’m in town!
