Lived here for a year and would have stayed longer if we weren’t relocating Martin and Monica are super helpful and made moving in and out a very smooth, easy process! Maintenance orders were always handled quickly and without issues.

Don't move here! The units are from the 1970s and they are moldy and leaky and they do patch work jobs and paint over mold. I had a hole in my ceiling for over a year with rain water and black mold growing and I got really sick and until I hired a lawyer that's when they were forced to fix it. And they retaliated and I was also bullied out of here by the staff who followed me and stalked me and my child. I’ve been living here for two years I’m so happy the office employees are so friendly and always work with our needs this place is so clean every day theirs cleaning and gardening etc I’m staying here my dogs love it !!like all private places parking is only two they give you passes of you have family over ..

Didn't seem very inviting here. Apparently you need to rent out the little kitchen area in the lobby even if no one has rented the space.
