Mike does a fabulous job in choosing wines and regions for tastings. His ability to communicate the wine’s attributes simply makes the experience more enjoyable and memorable. Knowledgeable and approachable are his hallmarks.
It's obvious Mike DiGiovacchino loves wine and sharing his passion. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. His presentation is superior to any other wine tastings I've experienced. If you want a very rich and deep wine experience, I highly recommend him.
I recently had the opportunity to attend an event hosted buy Mike. He was so knowledgeable and even more important was able to make the complex world of wine clear. We've been to a few similar events in Napa and came away feeling more confused and feeling the sommelier was trying to demonstrate his knowledge vs. teaching us a little about wine. Mike is completely the opposite. Highly recommend!
We have had several wine events with Mike from Grape to Glass and he is fabulous! We are beyond impressed with his knowledge of wine, the regions they come from, and lots of fun history as well! His personality is charming and his recommendations of different wines and how to pair them with different foods are perfection! We highly recommend experiencing what he has to offer!! We are already looking forward to our next wine tasting event with him!
Had a wine and small plate pairing led by Michael. The wines enhanced the flavor of the food. His directions and explanations were invaluable to the experience. All in attendance came away pleased and eager to have another tasting led by him.
