First, it's amazing bbq. The flavor is outstanding! BUT, and it's a big but... The lady at the register is similar to the Seinfeld soup nazi (iykyk). No smile, no thank you, just move up and place your order. The only words she says is "Next!". I will say, though she is consistent in her behavior, I still go back for the best turkey in town. I know their business is great, but would be exponentially better with a thank you and a smile. We all want to feel welcome when spending our hard earned money.

N1ot bad in any way, but not exceptional, either. Brisket was a bit dry and the ribs were chewy. The rustic decor was just really worn down.vCole slaw was the best part. And the prices are good.

Do the line cooks know what "no onions" means? I would've just gone back through the drive-thru, but the line was wrapped all the way to the street, and some of us are on a timed lunch break. My whole lunch was ruined over a simple request.

We stopped here while visiting from Dallas, and this was hands down the worst BBQ I’ve ever had. I’d honestly rather eat at Dickey’s. The brisket was incredibly dry, had almost no flavor, and was sliced so thin it reminded me of beef jerky. The beans tasted like they came straight out of a can with nothing added. The brisket sandwich was mostly a giant chunk of fat between two buns. Every side we ordered was disappointing.
