We have moved into our property a year ago (previous review provided to reflect our experience up until handover). This review is predominantly in regards to our maintenance items that have been outstanding for +7 months. Its in beyond impossible to contact Brandon who seems to be handling the outstanding items that need to be attended to. It has taken me 2 months and 3 email follow ups, a request to make a formal complaint for him to make a call to have one item attended to and to respond to me. Built with Granvue and I would never recommend them to anyone. Refusing to come back and repair 40+ defects on the maintenance report. Job should have been done properly the first time, worst communication, Even the Director doesn't give a rats! House is not compliant! Faulty workmanship at its best.
Just one word.STAY AWAY. Once you make payment. Girls in office force you to put 5 star reviews. After doing one stage, they said our selected carpet and tiles discontinued and have to select new which are now $10000 more expensive . If you don't pay they stop your house. They have heaps of houses uncompleted. Stay away
Just wanted make mention about Marz our site supervisor. Thank you for your absolute patience and being understanding throughout the building process. As we didnt undertand the entire process he really broke it down so we could understand. Also would like make comment on his follow ups.. and always keeping us informed even if the conversation wasnt a good one. He always kept his promise and pulled through with each promise.
