Unethical Denial of emergency care without being able to paying up front for service. To have paid John McDermott thousands of dollars over the past four years to treat animals on my farm is ridiculously outrageous to not treat a horse with a medical emergency. I would not trust a vet who sends his own child and spouse to the county fair with a sick animal claiming its healthy and then have the fair deny the animal entry. That in itself speaks volumes.
Granville is absolutely fantastic! We are SO lucky to have such a great resource with such awesome, talented, compassionate veterinarians and staff in our local area. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Outstanding! Dr Jess came out on short notice despite us being somewhat beyond their service area. She was energetic and compassionate. Would highly recommend.
Kind, knowledgeable vets and staff. They were supportive, helpful and worked with us. Excellent experience. Very grateful.
These vet and office staff are the best they are caring and I love that they are always there to answer questions and I always get a call back even on the weekends hands down love these people they are life savers
