Just picked up my Menchi from grooming and was giving a quote, when I picked her up it was almost double the price giving. This is very upsetting, the receptionist said oh so sorry we are in a learning curve and different excuses. We'll if you are in a learning curve why does the customer have to pay for that learning curve. We have been bringing our dog Baxter here for 5 years and they have been amazing! So accommodating and they understand his special needs as a rescue dog.
Fantastic experience! Brought our cat in for the first time regarding some urgent concerns. Staff were great and beyond helpful with our concerns.
