I visited the shop for the first time for my 12 month service on my older car. I asked for the mechanics to check out a fluid leak. Aaron had the service done and confirmed the leak from the transmission. Although they could not do the transmission work, Aaron sent two photos of the leak to help me address the issue with an independent mechanic. i bought a certified used car here and the transmission jerks in m mode from 3 to 2 the first time only. it was under warranty and they never fixed it. they misdiagnosed it. they wasted alot of my time too. IN ADDITION MY CAR AIR VENT MAKES A CLICKING NOISE WHICH I CAUGHT EVEN BEFORE I PULLED THE CAR OFF THE LOT. THEY OFFERED TO FIX IT, BUT THEY DID NOT CATCH IT IN THEIR PRE INSPECTION LOL..
