I just came back from getting my sister's car service here... That is the worst experience I've had at a service department. Our service advisor, Wayne Williams, was the rudest service advisor I've ever came across. He was extremely hostile from get-go. They also left duct tape on my window for the issue we came in for and didn't even write it in the work order which I find very shady. Now my window is slowly sliding down slanted. I visited the Toyota Fraser Street dealership with a couple of questions on the operation of my new Prius hybrid. Without an appointment, Boli spent about half an hour with me answering questions, re-starting the Car Play App which had stopped working and offering additional useful hybrid owner tips.
