Just saddened that my loyalty for 22 years with them, over 3 Toyota vehicles ownership, was not recognized as they switched rules on their loyalty program despite clear statements to the contrary on the card. Shout out for their service advisors Frank and Ray...nice gentlemen.
I had a great experience at this Toyota Service Center! Aaron Harvey helped me out with a general maintenance checkup for my Toyota Camry and I've never felt more comfortable in the realm of auto repair. As a younger woman who sometimes feels this space is very male dominated and confusing, I was surprised to have someone be kind, caring and patient in a way that didn't belittle me. Thank you Toyota and Aaron!
