Ken was very efficient and friendly, was able to assess our engine issues quickly and the general maintenance too a bit less time than expected. Over all a great experience
The service here is incredibly and despite the fact that even one time I was a little late past when they close, they still waited as they wanted to make sure I still had my car.

I know little about cars and rely on Granville Toyota for routine aintenance as well as those sudden and inevitable repairs- flats, strange noises, and lately a hybrid battery repair. Estimates areaccurate, updates are clear, and schefuling is reliable. It is a comfortable, friendly place. Everything is explained clearly and the cars returned tested, washed, and vacuumed.
