Parking was way overpriced for a weekday. But it was a nice secure place to park while walking around.
Paid for parking but still got ticket
So i was parking my car and i noticed your worker leave his foot on someone’s expensive car to write a ticket and i called him out and he was very rude and brushed me off i avoided conflict for his own safety but thats not right to hire disrespectful people like that i don’t feel safe putting my car here anymore it was at 1pm please watch your cameras and avoid this asap.
I had a very disappointing experience with Impark. I paid for my parking, yet I still received a ticket. This kind of situation feels very unfair and honestly makes people lose trust in the company. What made the experience worse was the behavior of the advisor I spoke with, whose name was Dev S. Instead of trying to help or investigate the issue, his attitude was extremely unprofessional. **Alert to all ** Falsified info on Impark website. There is NO $13.25 (plus tax) rare for weekends. When I was there on Sunday (Sep 19 2025) the only options shown on the machine are regular hourly rate. Dear Impark. Please update info on your webpage to reflect the correct rates.
