August 2025: 5 Stars On Friday PM I requested some medicine. I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered the following Sunday. That meant GH processed it the same day and by the end of Saturday the (separate) pharmacy processed and despatched it for Sunday delivery. Just had to confirm my appointment for today. Must say the receptionist was very polite and patient with me and I thank Her very much.
I call at 8 am every time and I always manage to get an appointment no waiting so I would highly recommend
Unhelpful staff, ridiculous getting to see a Doctor. Lost repeat prescription. Nobody listened. See a different Doctor ever time you visit. No communication between health cares. Dissension made without discussing with patient. If this was a business it would go in to bankruptcy due to inefficiently
The last appointment with a GP you can get is 3.55pm so those people who have jobs and pay taxes have to book time off work. If you have a job where you cannot leave early then you have no chance in getting seen. Utterly ridiculous!
