My wife and I just purchased a Granville home in Stokesdale one week ago, we are extremely pleased! The home is well built and superior compared to some past "new" homes we have had. The design, colors, and upgraded quality of materials was a plus. One of the manager's (Adam) was very professional and accommodating. My husband and I chose Granville to build our retirement home . It was a custom build , with many changes along the way . It was challenging for all involved, but the end result was beautiful, exactly as we envisioned it to be . All our questions were answered, and we had plenty .
