Money hungry people
Did a pathology test and paid upfront. For other health establishments, i do the test then a doctor calls me to tell me the results without any additional payments cause i already paid for the entire thing. Here, i got billed again just for me to get my results cause a doctor has to talk to me. I asked why am i getting billed again just to get the results of a test i already paid for, they said its just the policy. The receptionist was so kind and patient. Even tho it was very busy they were very attentive and friendly. The female doctor explained everything in an easy way to understand. I like how everything is located in the same building, very convenient. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Always have to wait if you book or not. You can be there at opening with an appointment and the doctor will rock up late. Edit: 7 months on - wish I could negative star this place. Waiting forever for a repeat script. Previously they told me to tell reception so I wouldn’t have to wait forever but they did nothing again.
