Both of the ladies at the reception are very good and helpfull I see the physiotherapist Mr. Julius Chu. He is the best. He knows all the anatomy to the detail. He has a pair of magic hand. Really good. I MUST RATE JULIUS CHU 5 STAR . Thank you Julius for your help.
I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM today, but I ended up waiting for more than an hour without being seen. If you weren’t able to see me at the scheduled time, it would have been better to ask me to come at 5:00 PM instead. I understand that delays can happen, but my time is valuable as well. I hope you can improve your scheduling and communication so other customers don’t have the same experience.
I've seen 2 doctors at this clinic - Dr William and Dr Abrar. Both were incredibly attentive and caring. Could not recommend them enough. Bonus is that they both work full time!
