Have been going to Dr Olsen for years. I actually moved but travel to see her. The staff and Dr Olsen are amazing. Always on time and I never have to wait. I even look forward to going because it is like catching up with friends.
There’s some good things to say about this practice. But my experience today was lacking. I was told that my annual x-rays were due, but I said I would wait because my insurance was maxed out. I erroneously assumed that I would still receive my 2nd promised free cleaning, but was not warned that insurance wouldn’t pay. The 20-minute cleaning cost me $191.00.
