Unfortunately the last visit here left me with no choice but to move clinics. The dentist rushed my filling replacements, did them without pain medication, and changed my bite permanently. I had a follow up with Dr. Pisanu, who informed me that Dr. was mysteriously no longer at the clinic. He also ignored my description of discomfort, slight pain, and change of bite. He tried to tell me it was because my teeth shift over the years, then proceeded to try and sell me on invisiline. It was very dismissive and insulting. 2 stars... read more
Very poor customer service. The doctor was rude!!!! Be ready that they will show you their attitude.
I have been there 1 or 2 years ago and they did 4 filling for me - after the filling the tooth become really sensitive and feel difficult to chew for that side. When I get back doctor said all things looks good or he could do the root cancelling for me (but it is only a small cavity before the filling). It brother me for a long time and when I do cleaning in other place, the fillings is almost coming off and I need to do another filling on the same tooth to fix that…. Amazing service here. From the service at the front desk, the efficiency of the assistants to Dr Pisanu. Very personable and knowledgeable. Dr Pisanu makes it very clear what he is doing, and why. I was not expecting to have such a great experience at the dentist. Highly recommend.
