Told me it would be 50$ to pick up and clean my rug. He showed up and gave me a bill for almost 400$ .... claimed that he told me it was 5$/ square ft. This is false. I Will never use this service again
We brought two carpets in that needed cleaning and one of them also needed repair work done on the fringes as they were disintegrating and coming apart. We brought them in and met with Ara the manager who was very thorough in explaining the cleaning and repair processes and how long it would take. The work was done in a timely manner and when the carpets were returned they were immaculate and came out as we were told to expect. The repairs on the second rug have held up great and it was a quality job. Thanks Ara!
