This place is nice to lookout, but is ridiculously overpriced and is in a not so traffic friendly location. It is awkward and not worth the time to look at. They neglect to tell you on the phone that the square footage of the office they are showing you takes into account all the common space you share with all the other tenants. So what they offer as a 100 sq ft. space really is much smaller.
