I had a brake noise that was replaced by another mechanic shop in Vancouver, I came here to this shop since it’s starting to get noisier. Mark told me that it was only a rock in between of the backing plate and that should fix the noise. Mark didn’t even charge me for the time him and his mechanic spent. Amazing service!
Mark the man, always the best service!
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2014, 4 cars that always got service here. A few times since last month, problem after another. First was communication, I’ve always dealt with Mark, but since his on vacation, the person in charge was not thorough with his explanations. Second, the overcharge on repairs was unexpected. Brake pads and disc was 2 hours for a Honda civic?
