RecommendedMy older sister, is a resident at The Granville. We spent Monday 5/6/19 all afternoon and through dinner with her there. I just have to tell you how very impressed my husband and I were with every aspect of your facility! The building is beautiful! The decor is so cheerful and the wide open common areas are great! Moved mom in a year ago and all was good. Granville just gave us 30 days to find another place for her to live as they don't assist her to find her room when she is lost. They could not provide service for her. Originally, she would be going on Medicaid about now but her house sold so she had more money and then Granville "reconsidered" and said she could stay. We moved her. Medications are dispensed my staff sitting around on couches in the hall. Staff does not interact with residents. She signed up for an outing and we wer... read more
When the difficult time came to look for a place for dad to live, the Granville made it sooo much easier. The tour was great and I got that good "gut" feeling. After meeting with the staff and talking with some residents I just knew this was it. Everyone made the process so much easier, they were so helpful. Dad has lived here just over a year and he is so safe and happier now. ALL the staff are so friendly and a real joy to be around. I feel so blessed to have Granville and all the staff in our lives now! THANK YOU :-)
Love the staff here! It's real warm and inviting. The staff have a lot of fun and so do the residents.
