I had bee trains and got turned around fine. Friendly staff.
Out of 6 bags which we had to put through a strainer we got a half bag of saw dust. I don’t consider this premium quality CANADA “A” wood heating pellets.
Personally, the softwood pellets do not generate enough heat for me. I prefer hardwood pellets. Big difference!
