I just saw a lawn crew using a blower and blowing trash into the street and didn’t bother to pick it up. I pulled in and asked if they regularly blow the trash in the streets. One guy starts getting confrontational when I took a picture of him and the company truck. He got out of the truck threatening me and when he saw that I wasn’t scared by him he reached in his pocket and pulled out a knife. I appreciate the personal care I receive from Jesse. He has certainly gone the extra mile to address my specific concerns. When Japanese Beetles become active, you have to respond quickly. Jesse has ensured my vines survive the onslaught.
Granulawn has been a solid company that I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest to anyone wanting a great place for lawn care, sprinklers, and landscaping. Ray, Scott, & Bob and the rest of the Granulawn team are extremely easy to work with and do an awesome job. All around great company, owners and employees!
In November of 2011, Granulawn of Omaha became our sole Sprinkler System service provider. Since then Granulawn has serviced our system multiple times each year. Services paid for include regular maintenance like spring activation and winterization. Service also included several system repairs, and a replacement. In 2018 we paid $802 for Granulawn to replace the controller and our sprinkler system. On 7/22/21 we paid $222 for System Repairs, and on 9/18/21 we paid $248 for more system repairs.
