My wife and I have given business to Granulawn for the last 10 years. There is only been 2 issues in that time where they caused damage flushing the sprinklers at the end of the season. The first time I fixed myself which cost me about $15. No biggie. The second time I asked them to come take a look at it since they caused it. Things happen I understand that. I just saw a lawn crew using a blower and blowing trash into the street and didn’t bother to pick it up. I pulled in and asked if they regularly blow the trash in the streets. One guy starts getting confrontational when I took a picture of him and the company truck. He got out of the truck threatening me and when he saw that I wasn’t scared by him he reached in his pocket and pulled out a knife.
