I've had service work done by Grants and was always happy/content with services rendered. The last transaction I sold a 2001 Ford Focus w/ a blown motor and a bad rear passanger window regulator which held the window up with a locking pliers. I called to get my tool back. I take car of all my tools religiously. I called them to get it back but they didn't want to take the door panel off. One of the easiest door panels to remove.
