Dean is awesome. Did a great job for us, got driver to Hotel while parts got back to truck and had it up and running as soon as parts arrived. Great job Dean, appreciate you guys helping us out and being fair!
Dean was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He was not able to make the repair on our lift gate bc the torn hose was too long. Nonetheless, he directed us over the phone on how to make it drivable, as it was pointless to have hime come out. That is honesty and a good business practice. Definitely recommend Dean.
Dean was really quick with arriving on site to our driver. We had a brake chamber go on our tractor. Our driver was up and running within and hour of tech arrival. Great service, Friendly staff, and comparable fair pricing. We highly reccommend Grants and say thanks so much for making our day better.
