Friendly willing to help
Initially they seemed friendly and professional. They expressed interest in having their hoists serviced. I attended and fixed a problem with one hoist. They booked a date to have the hoists serviced but when I turned up on the day I was spoken to rudely and excuses were made to avoid having the hoists serviced. Cheap tight and only wanted a free fix for the hoist I fixed for free.
Friendly service. Very professional.
