The staff is totally awesome! Helpful front desk/doctors who listen/the best nurses anywhere! It took a bit of work to find a good counselor though... they just kinda passed me around from one to another but could not be happier with my current one

Been here for 18 months this go around it’s the second time back we transferred from San Francisco clinic to GPTC the transfer was seamless we are almost at full 28 day status with not a single dirty UA or set back this place saves lives! I’m gonna say it again THIS PLACE SAVES LIVES THE STAFF THE NURSES, MED STAFF, and even the ADMIN and COUNCILING STAFF ALL TRAET YOU LIKE FAMILY
It’s worse then pulling teeth to get any of the staff to help with anything at all i only ever got complete lies from everyone there’s way too much too mention but basically anything you can think of they are absolutely horrible, doctor refuses to up peoples medication even if your on a very small dose. They seem great at first but it’s all lies and putting on a show. I was there for 8 months and i left because of how horrible they were to me so much for trying to help me with my addiction right?
